These pint sized pets are smart little guys, so don't let them fool you. They have expressive eyes and long or short coats, and pick a color...they come in all shades.
The first sightings of this breed are from Chihuahua, Mexico they were owned by aristocrats, and used in religious ceremonies. The lineage of this breed is very unclear, some believe that they come from Fennec Foxes.
They make great family pets because of their gentle and patient nature,and will do well with children if the children have a understanding of the dogs tiny stature,and are not rough.
